Our asbestos services range from asbestos removal, to testing, the creation of reports and documentation for compliance, Clearance Certificates, Air-Monitoring and the removal of communication pits and pipelines.
Demolition forms a large part of our business due to the asbestos component, however we work on projects that contain no asbestos also.

Asbestos Removal & Disposal
We are licensed with WorkSafe WA and can safely remove and dispose of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) based on the Australian Code of Practice, ensuring all permits and WHS requirements are adhered to.
Asbestos removal can range from internal and external cladding, flooring, gutters and eaves, roofing, sheds and fences.
Asbestos Testing
If you are unsure whether a property contains asbestos, we can perform ACM testing. This includes samples being sent to a NATA accredited laboratory and the results supplied to you.
Testing is often used to determine where asbestos needs to be removed, and can also form the basis of an Asbestos Register or Asbestos Management Plan.
Asbestos Register
An Asbestos Register is a requirement for all commercial properties and workplaces in Australia built prior to 31 December 2003.
An Asbestos Register is integral to ensure workers and others in the workplace do not accidentally disturb asbestos.
We specialise in the development of Asbestos Registers and can ensure your property or workplace has the correct compliance and safety measures in place.
Asbestos Management Plan
An Asbestos Management Plan is completed in conjunction with, or following, the process of developing the Asbestos Register for the building.
An Asbestos Management Plan sets out how asbestos that is identified at a business, commercial or workplace setting will be managed which includes remediation advice, timelines and strategies to ensure the safety of the property and those who use it.
Demolition Services
Often as part of the asbestos removal process, a structure will require a full demolition.
We work with clients who have dwellings containing asbestos to safely remove this prior to removing the structure itself. We also work with structures which do not contain any ACM.
We are qualified to safely demolish structures, ensuring the site is left as per Australian Standard AS 2601.
Clearance Certificate
A Clearance Certificate is a requirement under Australian WHS (General) Regulations 2022 following the removal of asbestos. It is performed by a contractor who is indepedent to the asbestos removalist.
The purpose of the Asbestos Clearance Certificate is to ensure that all visible asbestos fragments posing a significant health risk have been removed prior to anyone re-occupying the property.
We arrange the Clearance Certificate for you as part of our removal service.
Air-Monitoring
Air-Monitoring is airborne asbestos fibre sampling that assesses exposures and the effectiveness of control measures before, during and after asbestos work takes place.
If air-monitoring is a requirement of the removal job, we undertake sampling and it is then assessed by an accredited laboratory to ensure fibres are within a safe range, in accordance with Safe Work Australia's requirements.

ACM Communication Pits
North West Asbestos & Demolition Solutions have experience and expertise when it comes to removing and replacing existing ACM (asbestos) communication pits.
We have worked on many projects within the government, education and commercial sector to ensure pits are safely removed and replaced with new pits to Australian Standards.
ACM Pipeline
The removal of asbestos pipeline is tricky and sensitive as there must be as minimal disturbance as possible during the excavation process.
One of our key service offerings is the safe excavation and disposal of asbestos pipeline, ensuring the surrounding soil is not contaminated.
